Salon booking and cancelation’s policy:
We require 24 hours pre-appointment notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We require deposit of £ 30 to secure your appointment, have to be paid in advance and redeemed towards your payment for the service.
We value our clients time, please value our time too.
If you “No show”, cancel or reschedule your appointment under 24 hours prior your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
Due to nature of our treatments, we have NO GUEST policy.
Please arrive to your appointment on time.
If you are late on your appointment, we will finish your treatment at the scheduled time of your appointment and you will be changed full price.
Eyelash retention Guaranty.
Book your appointment with peace in mind, if your new lashes have no retention you should contact withing 7 days of your appointment and we will fix it free of charge if you follow aftercare instructions.
We aim to keep our clients happy with our services and keep good timing of our appointments, if however, we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you in order to reschedule it and for being fair as a compensation of causing inconvenience we will give you discount of 15% of your rescheduled appointment.
